This is a filmed interview of Mr Toru Goto during his visit in Geneva in April 2010. He was held against his will for 12 years in a room by his family in the attempt to break his faith, with the help of professional faith-breakers and denominational pastors. Mr Goto is now 46 years old and his trying to claim his fundamentals rights that have been abused. Japanese police and administration dropped his his case (for lack of documentation), so he came to the UN in Geneva during the Human Right Council to plead for this cause and representing 4300 other japanese victims during the last 40 years. According to latest information: UC has been most effected by kidnapping, forced confinement & faith-breaking. However, also the Jehovas Witnesses suffered 20-30 kidnapping cases per year during the 90s in Japan.
