In July, twelve filmmakers from around the world flew into Portland to be a part of Stillmotion's EVO experience.
A 4-day filmmaking intensive. Teams of 6 filmmakers, each with 2 Stillmotion educators. Over the course of the workshop, the teams need to direct, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver a film for a local non-profit. We are there to help hold them accountable, and make sure they are always putting Story First.
Maribeth, our teams director, wrote a blog post on 5 Tips For Being A Stronger Director.
Here is our crew that put this together:
Maribeth Romslo was our director.
Krystal Ford was our producer.
Abhishek Anchliya was our DP (from London)
Gita Kim was our second camera (from Toronto)
Mark Teskey was our gaffer and lighting director.
And Josh Callow was our field audio and sound designer.
