Bissell's BJM is always a front-runner for stage races here in the US. His all-round ability keeps him in contention year-round. Today, he nearly had it but in the end it was Will Routley of Jelly Belly pb Kenda who took the sprint by about 1.5 bike lengths. It looks as if Sunday's stage will decide things. It's a stacked top-10, and at this point it's anyone's race.
