The city hall of Mainz, Germany, where I'm studying Mediadesign, is an exceptional building and in exceptional bad condition. The maintanance costs are estimated around 50 Million Euros.

Most citizens think that much money should be used elsewhere, not on an building grim and ugly like this.

To me the city hall and ground reminds me of Brasilia, the capitol of Brazil.

I was stunned at the sight of Oscar Niemeyers Sixties architecture and I always loved Ken Adams work, who's responsible for the set design in the early James Bond movies.

I'm celebrating this crude Rathaus with nice, warm and colourful music and ask it for a bossa nova dance.
