I am very pleased to learn that "Walk & Roll" has been selected to be screened at the 2014 Toronto Urban Film Festival from September 5th through the 15th.
"The festival reaches an audience of over 1.2 million daily commuters on 63 subway platforms of Toronto's transit system."
"TUFF is the largest commuter film festival in North America. Each year the festival just gets bigger and better! This year is no exception with 90 videos from 15 countries."
TUFF is pleased to announce that all of the screens at St Andrew station will air TUFF content non-stop during the entire 10 days of the festival. "Walk & Roll" was also selected for TUFF Travel Stories programme which plays the same week on screens in the Calgary International Airport."
Once I learned that "Walk & Roll" would be a part of TUFF 2014, I decided to add a sound track for this Vimeo presentation as the original submission is 1 minute and silent as per TUFF requirements--since these are played in subway stations there is no easy way to hear the sound.
So here is the same version with my own Foley follies with a bit of vulgarity to boot.
Shot on location in San Francisco, California in October 2013 at Union Square and near the Ferry Building.
