Sami Kader struggled with self esteem issues and being overweight as a child. He was teased relentlessly by his peers and at the age of 16 years old tipped the scale at 300lbs. Sami's turning point was when a family friend took it upon himself to drag Sami to the gym with him on a daily basis. Three months later, Sami had lost his first 30 lbs and and for the first time finally felt what accomplishment felt like.
Today, Sami is a personal trainer and a guest speaker for youth. He has developed his own workout program called Sami's Circuit, designed to make working out fun.
