The video shows how the Metos Hot-fill Concept works when cooking mashed potatoes and a sauce. When using the pump in dosing, the food can be moved directly from the kettle to the plastic bags. The pump enables fast, ergonomic and uniform filling for each bag.
In this video, the food has been cooked a Metos Proveno combi kettle before dosing. Hot food will be pump to the bags. Sealed bags will be chilled with a Metos Chilling Bath. After the cold storage period the food is heated to the serving temperature with a Metos SelfCooking Center. Heating time is 8-10 min.
