Accord Project Tech WG – 2025-03-12 – DeCombine SLC Demo & GSoC Prep

Recording of the Accord Project Technology Working Group meeting on 12 March 2025.

Topics covered:
• Accord Project was accepted as a Google Summer of Code mentor org for another year, with contributor applications opening March 24th and due April 8th.
• Tim demonstrated DeCombine SLC Runtime v0.2.0-alpha, a Go-based smart legal contract engine using a finite state machine with Open Policy Agent (Rego) guard conditions and bidirectional NATS event streaming.
• The group discussed integrating Concerto, TemplateMark, and APAP with the DeCombine SLC to provide an end-to-end story from contract text to executable logic.
• Template Playground received several UI improvements including responsive footer and nav menu fixes for small screens and dark mode support on the Learn page.
• The Concerto .NET library was updated to target .NET 8 and C# 12 with a new release cut.
• An in-person TSC meetup was announced for April 7–8 in Dublin, hosted by DocuSign, to cover roadmap planning, GSoC contributor selection, and project budgeting.
