Olivier Cirque du Soleil demo

This is my video demo I sent to Cirque Du Soleil in June 2006.
Cirque answered me about 3 weeks later that they wanted me to come to one of their casting auditions.
In August of 2006 I flew from France to Budapest to make the next casting audition. Using my own sound effects, I played several instruments in musical styles of my own choosing; as well as improvising to some of their music. Everything was recorded and video taped. At the end they said I was "on the list" for future shows, but that I shouldn't wait for a quick proposal.

At the end of May 2007 they phoned me with a proposal to be part of the Macao 2008 show "Zaia". I signed the contract on the 14th of July, 2007.

I began rehearsals on January 26, 2008 and the show opened in August 2008.
It's the composer of the show that chose me because she liked the sound of my traditional instruments with computer effects.
