The Road Home Dane County is an interfaith, non-profit organization that focusses on solutions for homeless familes by providing a comprehensive program with 8 case managers, a professional staff, board, committees, a network of government agencies, private donations from the business community, groups and individuals, 14 host congregations, 37 buddy congregations and over 1800 volunteers to promote the health and well-being of families seeking housing.
