Our project started from all the Human Rights to focus on the most relevant ones for people with disabilities.
We learned how to use the camera for photography and video-making to support and promote their rights.
We visited the LatMil Daily Centres in Sigulda and Riga to learn and record their best practises showing abilities.
From vocational trainings such as clay-molding and weaving to earning opportunities such as selling their products in gift shops: this is the educational and independent living path which we testify!
The final dance is the cheery on the cake... we couldn't resist!
The project "Media Advocacy for Independent Living was co-financed by the Council of Europe"
