International Dance Day!

April 29th is International Dance Day, an opportunity to celebrate our shared love of movement, embracing self-expression, creativity, and the incredible joy and benefits of dance for people living with PD and seniors. 

It is so special to gather every day, online, from across the country and around the world, and on this day in particular, for Sarah to lead us in some of her favourite songs, beautifully choreographed, making us all feel like professional dancers!
