Stuart Robertson was commissioned by The Auckland War Memorial Museum to create a short film based on his current project 'Peace in 10,000 Hands’.
The film is now curated into The Auckland War Memorial Museum collection.
Robertson is photographing a single white rose, an ancient symbol of peace, in the hands of 10,000 people from every country on the planet.
Robertson aims to create an aesthetic provocation to invigorate this global conversation for peace.
"Each of our actions and thoughts has a subtle, yet profound ripple effect. We are responsible for, and have the ability to choose, how we influence that ripple".
You can follow Peace in 10,000 Hands on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google+

The film was made with the help of a very special group of people and a collaboration that we are very proud of.
