Franzén's Charkuterier is a small ecological hog farm in the village of Rönna, Sweden. They produce sausages, cured meats, and other products. Ashley and I had the good fortune to volunteer on their farm as WWOOFers this past winter and share in their passion for appreciating the whole food process.
