Sharing a passion for design
with you is the founding goal of
PARIS DESIGN WEEK, the festival
for design and creation to Paris.
For this fourth edition, we wanted to make
this goal the theme of the event itself,
choosing “sharing” as a governing principle.
From showrooms to workshops, museums
to galleries, hotels to restaurants, it unfolds,
echoing the era of “liking and sharing” to invite
all communities of design lovers and the trade
to connect more sustainably, more broadly
and more intensely, to celebrate a lifestyle that
brings us together.
Sharing more sustainably. Slated to run from
Saturday, September 6 to Saturday, September
13, the event extends over two weekends
to help visitors discover exhibitions and
installations in 120 participating sites; eight full
days for many meetings within the framework
of an expanded program of cocktail parties,
open houses, workshops, private tours and

expected to attend this year’s PARIS DESIGN
WEEK, which unprecedently coincides with
the dates of the MAISON&OBJET trade show.
With this synergy, the festival is strengthening
its international dimension and benefiting
from the Paris stay of experts and buyers from
around the world.
Sharing more intensely. PARIS DESIGN
WEEK is a large party open to all which
extends into the nighttime for four nights of
opening parties. It also includes six thematic
itineraries throughout the city, including a
new one dedicated to fashion. Lastly, it has
a growing number of new participating sites,
including the Centquatre-Paris, the Rotonde
Stalingrad, the Natural History Museum, the
Yohji Yamamoto boutique and the Joseph
gallery, which this year is mobilizing its four
