Denise Vivaldo (denisevivaldo.com/) and Kirsty Bryson (kirstybrysonfoodstylist.com/) had been on the wish-list of people to meet and work with ever since starting filming. Even though last year had other plans, the Food Styling Technique Intensive lined up perfectly for 2014.
It was held this year on the 2nd and 3rd of August, at the amazing, Sydney Cooking School (sydneycookingschool.com.au/) and you can find more details of the workshop here (culinaryentrepreneurship.com/workshops-master-classes/food-styling-photography-portfolio-workshop-sydney-australia/)
With the help from Minhky, we'd learnt so much from both participating and filming this event, all the little tips and tricks of the styling industry, which is important especially if you're working so closely with camera ready food.
We were lucky enough to hear Denise' story of how she'd worked so hard to get where she is, now passing on her invaluable experiences in the industry.
Thank you Denise and Kirsty for allowing us to meet and learn so much from you, a lot more than just the skills were taken from this workshop that we'll keep with us for a long time.
