MANIFEST - A Sanctuary for the Practice, Learning, and Experience of the Visual Arts

This short documentary introduces the heart and vision of Manifest, a Cincinnati-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the practice, learning, and experience of the visual arts.

Through the voices of artists, educators, and community members, the film explores Manifest’s impact as a space where the visual arts are practiced, taught, studied, and shared. From its exhibitions and residency programs to its studios and publications, Manifest fosters excellence, discipline, and creative inquiry.

While proudly rooted in Cincinnati, Manifest reaches artists, students, and audiences around the world—serving as both a local anchor and a global beacon for the visual arts.

As we look to the future—including the development of the Manifest Center for the Visual Arts—this film reflects on where we've been, what we’ve built, and what we’re striving to become.
