Hope this gets uploaded! Decided to get Vimeo Plus as having continuous issues with Veoh.com. This is slightly different to Matthew Moore's video as it looks at preparing Windows that is already installed and making room for GNU/Linux to be placed after Windows. Apart from preparing Windows before attempting to install any version of GNU/Linux the process is basically the same. Enjoy!
