At Powerhouse, our roots in printmaking mean we've spent the better part of ten years turning our appreciation for music and culture into hand-pulled, limited edition rock posters. Now, we're taking that appreciation beyond two-dimensional prints to a fully-dimensional experience with Powerhouse Live. This Twilight Sad session is one in a series of intimate, recorded video performances with touring musicians as they pass through the region. The series of video performances highlight an array of national artists in stripped down, short sets recorded live inside our creative studio or on the road. For their session, The Twilight Sad treated us to stripped-down versions of “It Never Was The Same” from their 2014 release "Nobody Wants To Be Here and Nobody Wants To Leave" and “Alphabet” from their 2012 release "No One Can Ever Know".
