WHAT: Crowd Funding Campaign with a goal to raise $78,350 for the full featured film. The writer Tiffany Jordan and I, Mo Brown wanted to share this young girl's story in its entirety to touch lives and open eyes to abuse that we unknowingly repeat. While showing the short version of the film, we have had MEN tell us thank you for sharing their story. Abuse has no gender and can affect anyone, male or female. With people responding this way, I began to realize that this film is bigger than me and the people that participated in the film and we want to continue to touch lives with our story by shooting a full featured version.
HOW: With your help in funding this full length film, not only will this be a great form of entertainment, but we can create a full length featured movie that can make people reflect upon their lives and recognize that we as a whole community need to heal. So even if we touch just one life with this movie, our job will be serving its purpose. It is a great piece of work that I am proud of and hope to do great things with it.
