Learn the mechanics and energetics of Warrior 1 and Standing Crane as stand-alone poses then combine them dynamically, strengthening the core, hips, lower legs and feet. Finish by learning the mechanics of a supported forward fold and 1/2 lift, using 2 blocks as a sweet opening and release for the hamstrings, heart and spine.
