Rather offside, but the referee could be supported both ways here.
For the referee it is easier to call this situation offside - if you as a referee feel that this attempt to play the ball (which is very close to the attacker) has impact or impedes the movements of any defensive player then you can call it offside. If you feel that it had no impact on the play then you could allow play to continue.
There are no guidelines to tell us that attempting to play the ball is enough for calling it offside. As we can see from video Attempt to play then the attempt to play the ball should have impact on a defender for it to be called offside. Here none of the defenders are actually much impeded (maybe only the one who raises her arm), but if you compare this video to video Attempt to play (which UEFA calls offside) then this here appears also more as offside.
