The story of Noah and the flood tells us about God's Justice, and God's Mercy. The world around us testifies to the fact that this one event changed the very face of this planet. Everywhere we look we see the results of sin because of the judgment of God so that all, in our day, are without excuse. Are we rapidly following in the footsteps of the pre-flood world? Is there a door of probation open for us? Is there an ark of safety God has given us before His judgments fall again?
"Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men." 2 Peter 3:6, 7
Gods mercy is extended today to all of us. A world needs to be warned just as it did in Noah's day. Now is the time that a message like this should be presented as our Great High Priest is still officiating in the Heavenly Sanctuary.
