Join somatic practitioner Kimberly Erickson for a gentle, guided 30-minute session focused on the practice of “making space.”
In our fast-paced lives, it’s easy to feel crowded—by responsibilities, by thoughts, or by the demands of others. This session is an invitation to pause and tend to your inner world. We are not here to fix, but to listen, explore, and create room for what needs your attention.
In this session, you will:
- Ground and Settle: Begin by gently connecting with your body and nervous system in a safe, supported way.
- Set a Kind Intention: Discover how you want to be with yourself today, whether it’s with gentleness, curiosity, or compassion.
- Practice Making Space: Engage in a simple yet powerful somatic exercise to physically and energetically create more room in your life.
- Listen to Your Body: Learn to notice and befriend the signals from your body, understanding what crowding in and what expansion feels like for you.
This practice is drawn from my training in Somatic Experiencing®, Parts Work, and the Biology of Trauma. It’s a perfect example of how I work with clients: not just talking about change, but using experiential practices to facilitate real, felt-shift in the nervous system.
