The Weight of Glory

Hebrews 11:8–16 invites us to walk with Abraham in faith, trusting God’s promises even when we cannot yet see their fulfillment. In this sermon, we are reminded that infinite joy is set before us and that the temporary blessings of this world are meant to stir our longing for heaven. At the same time, the trials we face keep us from settling here and instead point us toward the better country God is preparing. Faith means waiting patiently, knowing the One who promised is faithful.
