An unfortunate accident left Sean O’Neill paralyzed from the waist down in his early twenties. While adapting to his new body, O'Neill rediscovered his adventurous spirit and embraced the idea of new challenge in his life. Through a newfound pursuit of climbing O'Neill not only conquers his own limits, but extends the perceptions of possibility for the human body and spirit. This past winter, that spirit lured O’Neill to attempt a daunting achievement: an ice ascent of Bridal Veil Falls, in Telluride Colorado, a climb considered by many to be the most difficult waterfall ice climb in North America.
