Th early pioneers made their way into the Northwest Territory along a path cut through the wilderness known as the Old Buffalo Trail. It was along this trail that the Native Americans followed the buffalo, the soldiers followed the Natives Americans and the pioneers followed the soldiers. We know it today as US State Route 40. Today, we call this land Ohio, the Iroquois word for "great river". Give me an OH-IO!
