Bramble Bakes The Story of our Seed to Slice or Zero Mile sourdough loaves

To celebrate Sourdough Month in September, Bramble Bakes collaborated with Oxmoor Farm to create our first seed to slice or zero mile sourdough loaves.

This video captures the story of the loaves that began just metres from the Oxmoor barn, in the fields beside the restaurant where golden grains were grown and harvested before being transformed into beautiful sourdough loaves. Baked and milled using solar power these Bramble Bakes loaves were not only delicious but also carbon neutral with final delivery by EV.
