This was created and recorded with audio in realtime at a 640x480 resolution with a mjpeg a codec using the built in dvr in 3L.
Using a 3d obj model from google sketchup, different motion, position, and camera presets were saved, and the INTERPOLATE preset sliders were used the individually configured step timings in the INFO MANAGER for each of the sliders to recall the different positions that the transformer robot appears in synch with the music.
The model was lit with two lights in independent positions, one with red diffuse, and white specular, the second light used white ambient.
Finally, a CONVOLUTION FX set to RADIAL was applied to the scene output with the RED channel of the rgb wet dry set to zero so that the blur only is applied to the green and blue channels, allowing the red lit portion of the model to remain unblurred. The on/off toggle button for the convolution fx was also set to sequence on and off in time with specific positions of the model.
The complete preset set up and slider step timing configuration took about 15 minutes before making the actual realtime recording.
