Originally built for the children of Umri Hospital's physicians, India's Umri English School now serves 1,000 students in a 40-mile radius, demonstrating the love of Jesus in action. The neighboring Helen Rose Training College of Nursing provides nurses for the hospital and enables job opportunities for impoverished women.
