MOVEABLE TYPE (2007) is an art installation by MARK HANSEN & BEN RUBIN. It is permanently installed at the New York Times Building, located at 8th Avenue and 40th Street, New York City; it is open to the public.
This short film by Jane Nisselson & Ben Rubin was among the eight winning films selected for the NowYouSeeMe! International Public Art Short Film Award, which aims to raise the awareness of the general public to works of art in the public domain and to promote the protection of these works. "Making Moveable Type" was screened at the Journées Internationales du Film sur l’Art at the Louvre Museum in Paris in January 2015.
