Alrighty then, after a few days of rerendering, various issues with codecs (DivX converter wouldn't take the dang file, error 2025 or something like that), and the project auto deleting itself twice (still unsure of cause other then fault in program when saving), I've finally gotten a few scrap animations together.
Still no music or sounds (trying to find free, free-licenced music and running into a few issues)
Either way, I crammed (ok, crammed is not the best word for it at all since there is alot of dead space) 4 animations into a 1 minute and 35 second runtime and edited it together (rather crappily might I add, you would stop giving a dang too after the second mystery deletion).
Feel free to waste some time watching the following animations.
Mech Arm (learning about IKs, he had us completely rig the arm with an IK then animate it moving a box. I put this one in twice, first the playblast, then the render.)
Mech Arm: Round 2 (I felt like having a bit of fun and I was the first one in class finished rerigging the arm, so I added on to it a bit and gave the arm multiple attachments.)
Hammer Time (First project of the second animation class, we had to drive a nail into a surface with a hammer digitally and he let us add whatever we wanted at the end of it if we got through early enough. I added how my nails usually look after nailing them in manually.)
One more thing, in order to practice a bit with codecs, editing, etc, there will be more of these (hence the "1" in the title). I figure the more animation scraps I make, the more experience I get at animating and the more experience I get at trying to put them together with After Effects.
