Belgian Bonsai is brewed in a hybrid Belgian/North American style with Japanese hop variety Sorachi Ace hops and Belgian Ardennes yeast. It's amber in colour and bursting with a lemon and dill flavor and aroma from the hops. At 6.9% alb/vol and 70 IBU’s it’s our "Little Beer With The Big Roar”!
