TeleBehavioral Health 2025: Virtual Pathways to Recovery - Telehealth for Behavioral Health in Correctional Settings

Presentation date: 10/17/2025  Overview: This webinar explores how telehealth is transforming behavioral health care delivery within correctional settings, offering timely support to justice-involved individuals during incarceration. Attendees will gain insight into innovative service models, technology considerations, and the unique needs of incarcerated populations. Real-world examples and lessons learned will highlight how telebehavioral health can bridge gaps in care and support recovery pathways from within.  Presenter: Mary Ochsner Krampen, MS, LPC, CRC, BC-TMH, Executive Director of Bay Rivers Telehealth Alliance  Biography: Mrs. Krampen is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Rehabilitative Counselor, and a Board Certified Telemental Health provider with 25 years of human services experience.  During that time, Mary has managed several programs including nonprofit grant management, outpatient therapy, foster care, school-based counseling, adult group homes, early intervention services for children, and community mental health programs for skills building and intensive in-home counseling programs.  Mary received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concord University, Master of Science in Rehabilitative Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University, Master of Philosophy in Psychology from Walden University, and has been working on her Ph.D. in Psychology with a concentration in teaching from Walden University.    Learning Objectives:  Upon completion of this activity, attendees should be able to:  Recognize the importance of cross-sector collaboration between correctional staff, behavioral health providers, and community organizations.
