The P.I. Reed School of Journalism developed the DMC program, digital.wvu.edu, because we know that media habits are changing - from static to dynamic, from local to global and from fixed to mobile. No longer passive observers, modern users are now actively engaged in determining their relationship with a brand, organization or community.
