We believe that 2014 marked the year we entered into “the talent age” – an era that puts talent front and center of economic and social value creation.
Earlier this year we created talent.trends – a new kind of trend prediction. We analyzed over 700 sources (traditional analyst and consulting reports along with social listening, consumer and technology trends, macro-economic forecasts, and global policy developments). We crystallized the data into ten trends we felt would shape 2014 – some of which already started in 2013 or previous years but which would have new significance this year.
During this end-of the-year webinar we want to take a look back: Which trends panned out and how did companies tackle challenges associated with the trends? Which new topics will impact the talent agenda in 2015?
· Understand how the ten talent.trends impacted the talent agenda in 2014
· Learn how companies tackled challenges associated with these trends
· Get to know innovative talent frameworks that help address talent challenges in the 21st century (such as the talent.experience lifecycle™ which extends beyond traditional employment and incorporates concepts such as alumni relationships and outplacement)
· Gain perspective on what talent topics will be hot in 2015
