Part of a typography project at college.
It required me to produce a typographic guide in a "well presented, well constructed and totally unique piece of design".
Instead of making a regular print-based design, I chose to make a video. Lack of equipment and a sudden burst of inspiration threw me to design a stop-motion animation created with a flatbed scanner.
The frame rate is a shocking 2 f/s, but I was really quite pushed for time. It seems that you need a LOT of time to pull this off right, something I don't think I've really achieved.
I am, however, glad I gave it a go and I'm sure I've learnt from it.
