This cave is located on Navio Beach in Vieques, Puerto Rico, an island off the main island. You can take a taxi from the San Juan airport to Fajardo and hop on a $2 dollar ferry to the island or you can take a puddle jumper from San Juan for about $100 straight to the island. Once on the island you want to get to Sun Bay which is real close to the Malecon "Esperanza" on the main road. Take the dirt road all the way down Sun Bay onto a bumpy dirt path. At one point you can make a left to Bio-Bay, keep straight past Media Luna and you will arrive at Navio Beach. The cave is on the left side. This problem starts on the obvious start block and traverses all the way out left. Super sharp and painful. Cave goes back pretty deep, and its possible to start in the very back and link the whole thing, once I had all the moves dialed I had no time left. A fun route to climb is on the other side of the beach over the water (about 8 feet) You can then jump off after you climb up. (check photos)

Awesome place to take a vacation highly recommended. You can get really reasonable plane tickets and don't need a passport. I recommend snorkeling or scuba diving at mosquito pier (watch for the barracuda!), renting a scooter for the day ($55), getting "painkillers" at Lazy Jack's in Esperanza, free pool at Cantinas, and eating at Coconut's the best restaurant on the island..or at least it was while I worked there, located in Isabel II.
