ruminate: Working with Multiple Data Sets

This video introduces a couple new features in ruminate. The first is the data management module which allows you to upload and analyze multiple datasets. The second highlights new features to the data wrangling module. Most notably the ability to merge datasets.

To get an idea of how to use these features we use ruminate read in SDTM input datasets (PC, EX and DM domains) and these create and analysis ready dataset (ARD) for nlmixr2 and PKNCA. Though this could just as easily be used to create an ARD for NONMEM. Once done this analysis we save it and use this saved file to create a workflow. Workflows can be used to run the same analysis against similarly-formatted datasets.
