Many people connected with Gebchak Wangdrak Rinpoche during an Australian 2014 visit full of inspiring teachings. This included an "In Conversation" between Wangdrak Rinpoche and Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo on the topic of "The Female Practice Tradition in Tibetan Buddhism".
On the 5th November 2014, at Sydney University, Rinpoche met with Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo, the female Buddhist master, nun, author, teacher and founder of Dongyu Gatsal Ling Nunnery in Northern India. This was the first time that these two renowned and inspirational teachers have come together for a public talk.
As a Khenpo and Abbot of Gebchak Nunnery, Wangdrak Rinpoche is a wonderful representative of Buddhism in Tibet whose warmth and compassion is a reminder of the inner dharma that transcends all change.
