IN MOTION. It all began with a true story about a
refugee; the odyssey of an individual and the suitcase that
accompanied this momentous journey. The project
evolved and more suitcases/destinies sprung from my hands.
Everyone should be able to relate to these suitcases in
some way. My intention is to stimulate a dialogue:
What does leaving really involve?
What baggage do we bring along? What do we remember?
What do we blot out?
