by SPIELRAUM ENSEMBLE co-produced by Theaterland Steiermark
We live in a world where existing systems increasingly are being questioned. They dominate us but don’t give stability anymore.
What means identity or individuality, without persistent values and stable points of reference? Where can we find security or intimacy in a world where we are permanently connected to everybody and at the same time are lonelier than ever? Where runs the border between privacy and public, when self-portrayal almost becomes an obligation?
An evening inspired by Shakespeares' Midsummernightsdream, between body, space and music.
The project is an appeal to reflect over our society with the background of a century old story, which proves a timeless truth.
