Artists Sean Murphy and Anne Froning of Being:Art built and installed a "Zylobench" and "Zylotable" near the Vollintine-Evergreen Greenline.
Being:Art’s proposed MemFeast 4 project is coming to fruition thanks to the generous support of of Lynne and Henry Turley.
On Saturday, June 28 we hosted a community-based instrument building workshop for the Musical Playspace. In this workshop, participants worked together with Being:Art to create the keys for a Zylobench and Zylotable. These instruments are based on African marimbas and xylophones.
