a. Repeat this same series of exercises. At the advanced level, should be
doing 3 sets of 8-10 reps. Keep challenging yourself by increasing weight as you become comfortable.
b. Always stretch after exercising while muscles are warm. Helps prevent future injuries and soreness.
c. Need at least 48 hours rest between workouts – every other day – to let muscles repair. Abs can be worked every day if you like.
