Fort McCoy celebrated our Month of the Military Child lock-in on Friday, April 16. For multicultural art we made boomerangs, Guatemalan Worry Dolls, and Japanese Origami. For multicultural foods the youth made Asian Egg Rolls, German Potato Pancakes, and homemade applesauce. From 1900-2200 we held pick up basketball and volleyball games at the fitness center. In between all of our planned activities the youth played rock band, laser tag, pool, roller coaster tycoon, flight simulator, and ghost in the graveyard from 4-5 am. We had a blast!
