You won't need a squat rack with heavy weights to build big powerful legs. What you really need is quality resistance. This Twerk strap does all that and more. No matter how strong your legs are, this will still be enough resistance for you to work against and perform a great workout.
This is my latest version for the Twerk Strap that I am happy with. It's much easier to get into and out of and takes fewer steps. It gives just the right amount of leverage I need for a great squat.
But, there still is more to do with this. We have to recognize muscle strength imbalances. I also want to add a bicep femoris or hamstring workout to this design. I think it can be fun. I just need a little more innovative inspiration to complete the mission.
