The new staff reports forms and platform will debut in June Before then, we want to introduce to you one new reporting element and support you in using it.
All PJ Library communities receiving grant funding will be required to collect and report selected data on program attendance, location and collaboration. For the June 2015 staff report you will be asked to report on the program data from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.
To support you in reporting we have created the "Program Data Collection Spreadsheet." This spreadsheet is a tool you can choose to use; if you have your own tool already, feel free to continue use it.
