"How to be Good: Overcoming Unconscious Bias (with some help from Aristotle)," by Dr. Gina Helfrich
The ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle argued that a person's moral character is a direct result of their habits. But what should you do when your *subconscious* turns out to be a terrible person? This talk explains the current research on unconscious bias and equips the audience with strategies for identifying and overcoming their own unconscious biases.
