Cathy moved from Virginia to New York City and was surprised by how much she loved being in lower New York. Cathy and her husband lived and worked a couple of blocks away from the World Trade Center. On 9/11, Cathy, nine months pregnant, looked out from her apartment window across the street from the towers and witnessed the attacks.
