Setting up and maintaining your own meditation practice
As a KAY teacher we want to lead by example. So if you're asking your kids to meditate for one minute every day, do you also do it?? In this week's webinar KT will focus on some tips and practices to help you start and maintain your own meditation practice and why not to feel bad if you fall short. We want you to be the best KAY teacher you can be and it starts by sitting still.

--A 15 minute guided meditation to get you started
